Renovation and expansion at Bali's Ngurah Rai airport’s domestic and international terminals has begun. The international terminal will be enlarged from 65,800 to 120,000 square metres while the domestic will expand from 13,300 to 65,800 square metres at an estimated total cost of IDR1.7 trillion. The development is expected to take around one and a half years to complete and is scheduled to be fully operational for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference in Bali in 2013.
